As the largest partner of Agra insurance, we had the opportunity to attend an international brokers' conference in Vienna.
- The impacts of climate change on crop and livestock insurance were discussed - a topic that is becoming ever more fundamental for agriculture.
- It was interesting to observe the differences between the markets in Central and Eastern Europe - from the structure of insurance subsidies to the degree of state involvement.
- What matters most, however, is what awaits us in the future - the adaptation of agriculture to changing climate conditions and the growing importance of insurance as a tool of stability.
It is inspiring for us to see that even in different conditions there is a shared effort to support farmers and to seek solutions that will help them manage risks.
