Much of our work is about phone calls, inspections in fields and paperwork that has to add up. All the more do we value the moments when the whole team meets outside the offices and outside the work treadmill. The summer meeting at the Ekoma resort in Sekierska dolina is one of those that we look forward to all year.
A place we like to return to
Sekierska dolina is not a new address for us. We return to the Ekoma resort every summer and last week another edition of our company event took place here. The natural setting and plenty of room to move are exactly what we need after a season full of work in the field.
An event that children attend too
From the start we decided that it would not be a classic company meeting just for colleagues. We also bring our children to the event, and that is what gives it a completely different atmosphere. Colleagues get to know each other from a different side than through work e-mails, and the children have a programme over the weekend that they enjoy.
The focus of the programme is sporting activities and time spent in nature. It is not about performance or results - it is about movement, shared experiences and taking a rest from screens and phones for a while. It is precisely during such activities that team cohesion arises, which then also shows in everyday work with clients.
Why we do it
Agropoistenie is about people. About those who farm the land, and also about those who help them set up insurance protection and accompany them in claims settlement. A team that knows each other and sticks together can help clients faster and better. Our summer meeting is one of the ways we maintain this foundation.
